The project consists of a single-family house, with a ground floor, two upper floors and a basement, in the urban area of Nea Salamina in Salamina island.

The proportions and the size of the plot (aprox. 10m x 30m) led to the building form, resulting to a modern elongated design.

The functions are divided vertically, parking and storage in the basement, living room, dinning room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor.The second floor covers an additional need of the owners for a completely separated and self-sufficient part of the house.
